We address a question regarding GOD’S attitude to the wearing of earrings, the use of tattoos, by men and women, even children, their connection to pagan ceremonies, traditions and demon worship.

This study will provide information to hopefully help you understand GOD’S thoughts on these issues. There is no confusion, if one accepts GOD’S Word and avoids bowing to the dictates of fashion and perverse traditions, which are actually demonic worship. Many people find it difficult to understand GOD’S Word, because it is written to a specific audience and is incomprehensible, outside of personal revelation, to those to whom the Spiritual translations are not accessible.

GOD’S Word is in code, which prevents any but His children from understanding the depths of what is written; “and HE said unto them, unto you it is given to know the mystery (singular) of the Kingdom of GOD, but unto those that are outside all things are done in parables.” Mk.4:11

Parable: “Fictitious narrative used to typify moral or spiritual relations; allegory; enigmatical saying; proverb.” [1]

Bible confusion is the result of man made, demonically inspired religious perversions and personal interpretations of Scripture as taught in denominations; sadly such false teaching produces Spiritual insanity. There is no room for individual opinions of GOD’S Word, HE says what HE means, and Christians need subject their thoughts, wants and ideas to His will.

“Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the Scripture is of any private interpretation” 2Pet.1:20

We believe the immutability of GOD’S Word, we will thus consider the manner in which HE addresses this particular topic.

Women, many claiming to be Christian, wear much of Australia’s metal production hanging out their ears, off their fingers, toes, nose and other more private parts of their body. How have so many women been deceived into believing that having ugly metal things hanging from their face, arms, hands or body makes them more attractive to men, supposedly more beautiful, or that such junk implies character?

Even more perverse is the spread of such idiocy amongst the tragic excuses for men we see walking around with earrings, nose rings, etcetera, hanging off them; draped in pagan emblems, their bodies disfigured with demonic tattoos.

“Ye shall not make any cutting in your flesh for the dead nor print any marks upon you, I AM the LORD.” Lev.19:28

“And they cried aloud and cut themselves, after their manner, with knives and lancets, till the blood gushed out upon them.” 1Kings18:28

It is Spiritually, as well as physically sickening, to observe males wearing earrings, nose rings, eyebrow and cheek rings and studs; some with even their nipples so adorned. Such behaviour was known historically only amongst pagan tribes and was not commonly witnessed in our supposedly civilized society until after 1963, which saw the revelation of the Seven Seals and the loosing of two hundred thousand, thousand demons from the Euphrates. Rev.9:16.
Western societies now display not only a submission to pagan worship, which incorporates homosexuality, but horrific implementation of pagan ceremonies and traditions at all levels of our political, religious and social structure.

Sadly though, the communities don’t yet comprehend how grossly they have been deceived, and subjugated to demonic possession, satanic influences and gross perversity.

The wearing of jewellery by men is a custom, tradition, straight out of a pagan market place, New Guinea jungles, satanic witchcraft of Hindu temples, demonic cults and devil worshippers.

Historically there is no relationship between GOD’S program, with Israel or Christians and the wearing of jewellery.

“In like manner, also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with GODLY fear and sobriety, not with braided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array” 1Tim.2:9.

We find in the New Testament, Paul’s letter to Timothy states that women need be very careful about the way they attire themselves.

What is the origin of earrings, tattoos their meaning and their place in a Christian woman’s attire?

The first Biblical mention of an earring is; “and it came to pass as the camels had done drinking, that the man took a gold earring of half a shekel weight, and two bracelets for her hands of ten shekels weight of gold.” Gen.24:22  Where the concept of earrings came from is unknown, but it appears they were symbols of demonic worship.

   It is interesting that Jacob told his household to; “Put away the strange gods that are among you, and be clean and change your garments;” Gen.35:2;

“And they gave unto Jacob all the strange gods which were in their hand, and ALL THEIR EARRINGS, which were in their ears, and Jacob hid them under the oak which was by She-chem.” Gen.35; 4

Where did this affinity for earrings come from?

Is there a connection betwixt foreign gods and earrings?

“And if the servant shall plainly say, I love my master, my wife, and my children; I will not go out free: then the master shall bring him unto the judges; he shall also bring him unto the door, or unto the door post; and his master shall bore his ear through with an aul; and he shall serve him forever.” Ex.21:5-6

A ring was placed through the ear, and that was a sign the servant was a slave for the length of his life; he could NEVER be freed. Is this a sign of our society’s slavery to Satan, as they unwittingly display their subservience to the devil, fashion; their earrings stating they can never again be free of this world, except they repent?

In Ex.32:2, earrings, which the people had again accumulated, were being used for the manufacture of the golden calf. This was idol worship, and caused the wrath of GOD to fall upon those people.

It is a type of worship common amongst Hindus and other pagan cults, which is now becoming more prevalent throughout Western nations and the world can surely expect a similar judgement from GOD for their pagan behaviour.

Earring: “Mark, usually a notch in the ear of sheep, as sign of ownership; mark animals, (anything) as one’s own;” [2]

There is no Scripture which teaches GOD’S people, or children, to wear earrings as a sign of ownership.

Moses instructed the Israelites to bring an offering unto the Lord, “And they came, both men and women, as many as were willing-hearted, and brought bracelets and earrings and rings and necklaces, all jewels of gold and every man that offered an offering of gold unto the Lord.” Ex.35:22.

Don’t know where they collected this lot from, but they offered their jewellery as gifts, to be melted down, that the gold be used in the construction and decoration of theTemple. The jewellery was converted to more worthy service Num.31:50, the men making an offering, atonement for their souls, to the Lord.

It is incredible how much gold was circulating in those days, and how valuable it obviously was to the people of both GOD’S calling and the children of the devil.

Is.3:16-26 is another place where we find a clear connection betwixt earrings, jewellery etc. with shame, harlotry, and GOD’S attitude to such demonic behaviour.

We see another bad rap for earrings and other such haughtiness and self- aggrandizement.

“And I will judge her for the days of Baalim, unto which she burned incense and she decked herself with her earrings and her jewels and she went after her lovers and forgot me saith the Lord.” Hos.2:13

Remember, there were believers in the groups of Israelites we have looked at during this research, but also un-believers, which was proven when they again melted down earrings to make the golden calf in Ex.32:2, Num.31:50.

These gold adornments were the spoils the Israelites got from the Egyptians when they leftEgypt.

Egyptians are serious devil worshippers and their earrings are connected to their worship of Baal, etc.Egyptwas, and still is a nation, totally sold to pagan worship. Their ornaments, jewellery and especially the way they tattoo their bodies, etc are signs of service to their pagan gods. Judges 8:24 will help you see the strife these golden earrings gotIsraelinto, the Ishmaelites were not serving God.

These thoughts are not to make anyone believe anything, but may help encourage you to search the Scriptures, to assure you more clearly understand why we need be sure the things we do, in this world, are of GOD and not of Satan.

The tragedy is that few people are taught Truth, denying them the ability to separate the teachings of man, the doctrines of Balaam, from GOD’S Word, which alone is Truth.

In Ezk.16:1-17 GOD speaks of how HE rescuedIsraelfrom her filth and bedecked her adorned her with gold and earrings and jewellery etc., but again, it was to her downfall because she played the whore with her worldly gifts.

If the wearing of jewellery, earrings, and particular modes of dress, clothes which are immodest, continuously leads to a break down in our relationship with GOD, it would be good to determine if Christian men should allow their wife, daughters, to continue dressing themselves after worldly fashion which attracts the attention of the world and the wrath of GOD.

Christian men have the responsibility for the way their wife and daughters dress; of making sure they don’t step out of GOD’S environment into the Devil’s territory, by adorning themselves with trinkets and baubles to attract the lustful attention of the men of the world

 Why do women wear earrings?

Is it to enhance their appearance, or is it a throw back, a deep psychological lust for the pagan rituals and dress of the dark ages? Do these foolish women, and now, even more perversely, males, realize how ugly, foolish and demonic such apparel causes them to look? There is no Scripture to suggest Eve was made with pierced ears to fit herself out with junk jewellery.

Surely she was sufficiently beautiful without needing such trashy subterfuge to attract her husband?

Where do women get the stupid notion that make up and earrings do any more than cause them to declare their insecurities, their inadequacies and publicly pronounce they can’t make it or are not inwardly beautiful enough, as women, to attract a man without such adornments?

Many times we see it as mutton dressing itself up as lamb and the tragedy is that these poor, deluded women actually think they are enhancing themselves with this adorning of cheap junk. Don’t women professing Christianity realize they display themselves more as trollops, whores, women of the streets, than daughters of GOD if they adorn themselves thus?

Their display of integrity, honesty, morality and good character will attract a real man.

These thoughts are directed to those who claim to be Christian; not to heathens nor pagans; such has no relevance to them at all, though many pagan worshippers display far higher moral standards than a high percentage of supposedly Christian women.

Historically, who were the first women to wear earrings and such devices?

The Babylonians, Egyptians, the Syro-Phonecians, the Aztecs all have records of their women wearing such. We find them all through the records of nations serving multiple, illegitimate gods.

In Africa the various tribes have all sorts of rituals and weird dress adornments which, they claim, help women catch men, get better babies, wealth.  All of this can be traced directly back to Babylonian worship, which is devil worship.

A Christian woman has no place in her heart to be in anyway involved in the trinkets and rituals of Baal, and we encourage any Christian sister to eliminate such trappings from her ears and her life as a sign of her submission to GOD’S Word.
